3. Payment Terms
Payment terms will be outlined in the project proposal. Invoices are typically issued upon project completion or at agreed-upon milestones. All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed to in writing.
4. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, the client owns the final website and its content. Arvio retains rights to the code, design methodologies, and assets used in the project for its own portfolio or reference purposes.
5. Warranties and Disclaimers
Arvio provides services "as is." We make no warranties regarding the performance, uptime, or results generated by the website. We are not responsible for third-party hosting, domain, or email service failures.
6. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Arvio be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the services or the website.
7. Modifications
Arvio reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Modified terms will become effective upon posting to the website.
